Mission Essential Personnel Names Dr. David Brager As Senior Vice President for Technology

Mission Essential Personnel, LLC (MEP) today announced it has hired Dr. David Brager as its new Senior Vice President for Technology. Brager brings to MEP nearly 25 years of technology and Intelligence Community experience in both Federal Government and corporate leadership roles. He most recently served as Vice President and CTO for Ericsson Federal, Inc., responsible for technology strategy and oversight involving the latest broadband technologies and services.

David’s technical depth and strategy experience, coupled with his knowledge of the intelligence community, will be a great asset to our company.

Mission Essential Personnel, LLC (MEP) today announced it has hired Dr. David Brager as its new Senior Vice President for Technology. Brager brings to MEP nearly 25 years of technology and Intelligence Community experience in both Federal Government and corporate leadership roles. He most recently served as Vice President and CTO for Ericsson Federal, Inc., responsible for technology strategy and oversight involving the latest broadband technologies and services.

During Brager’s tenure as CTO at Ericsson Federal, Inc., he demonstrated his broad range of experience by serving as interim VP of Business Development and Sales, as well as interim VP of Professional Services in parallel with his CTO duties. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles involving strategy and business development at QinetiQ North America and DTRI, CTO and Division leadership roles at SAIC, as well as tenures with the Central Intelligence Agency and the USAF National Air and Space Intelligence Center.

Brager earned his Ph.D. and master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed professional engineer.
