Cross River wellness community launches new membership offerings

“Whether you come to O2Living daily for our signature greens drinks and seasonal juice cleanses or for yoga and an all natural spa treatment on the weekends, you can benefit from a comprehensive integrated wellness program," said Rosemary Devlin.

Looking to discover a new, more wellness-conscious ‘you’? Learn how to develop a lifestyle that makes wellness a priority and nourishes the body from the inside out with new membership plans from O2Living, Northern Westchester’s premier natural health and wellness community offering a Live Food Café, therapeutic spa, juice cleanses, all natural skin treatments and products, yoga, and meditation classes.

O2Living (http://www.o2living.me) is now offering clients access to specialty membership plans that include integrated wellness programs, yoga, spa services, nutritional evaluations with a live food chef, and comprehensive medical and cleansing consultations. The goal of the new membership plans is to educate clients on the health benefits of a wellness-focused lifestyle while providing the education and tools necessary for them to maintain the lifestyle at home. For O2Living’s existing clients, many of whom have already integrated juice cleansing into their lives, the new membership plans offer an opportunity to expand their wellness plans to integrate yoga, all natural spa treatments and customized raw foods meal plans.

“Exercise is an important component of any wellness plan, but it isn’t the only component,” said Rosemary Devlin, founder, O2Living. “Wellness encompasses everything from the foods you eat to the way you care for your skin. By developing membership plans that focus on integrated wellness, we hope to show Westchester residents the long-term benefits of a natural lifestyle that nourishes the body, mind and soul.”

Among O2Living’s new monthly and annual membership plans are spa, yoga and gold memberships. While each package has its own area of specialization, all packages include a sampling of O2Living’s other products and services, such as its signature 1, 3, 5 and 7-day juice cleanses, to help clients transition to the mindset of integrating wellness into all aspects of their everyday lives.

The Spa Membership, which includes a monthly spa therapy, product consultations, and a skin care package, is great for holistic retreat and spa fans, while also offering guests an opportunity to try O2Living’s signature seasonal juice cleanses and yoga program.

The Yoga Membership, ideal for everyone from beginners to longtime yogis, features unlimited yoga classes. In addition, it exposes those new to the holistic lifestyle to juice cleansing.

O2Living’s Gold Membership is the all-access pass to a holistic destination retreat and includes O2Living’s signature seasonal juice cleanses, unlimited yoga classes, a nutritional evaluation and raw foods consultation with a whole and living food chef and educator, a meal package, and other wellness amenities.

“Our new membership plans offer something for everyone,” Devlin said. “Whether you come to O2Living daily for our signature greens drinks and seasonal juice cleanses or for yoga and an all natural spa treatment on the weekends, you can benefit from a comprehensive integrated wellness program.”
