hfa is the largest Ohio-based agency in BtoB’s 2011 report. The magazine acknowledged agencies based on criteria such as new clients, new campaigns, innovative work, results, awards and business growth.

hfa was recognized in part for marketing campaigns for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, KraftMaid® Cabinetry and Dunlop® Tires.

For Goodyear’s 2010 Dealer Conference, hfa provided marketing support for five tire launches, including the Goodyear Assurance® ComforTred® Touring; Assurance® Fuel Max®; Eagle® F1 SuperCar® G: 2; Ultra Grip® Ice WRT; and Kelly® Charger® GT tires. hfa helped develop an innovative tradeshow booth to showcase the brands and new product lines at the conference, which is the company’s premier customer event. The booth included a popular ComforTred Touring dome experience that promoted the technology within the new product. Approximately 2,500 attendees were from Goodyear’s dealer channels around the country; they overwhelmingly provided positive feedback about the booth.

For KraftMaid, hfa supported the largest product launch in the company’s history. KraftMaid is one of the largest built-to-order cabinet manufacturers in the United States. hfa developed a comprehensive program targeting kitchen and bath designers that featured digital marketing, a launch kit and consumer collateral. The all-in-one kit contained a new product introduction brochure and a spec book. The launch achieved objectives based on digital measurements, actionable designer responses and client feedback.

For Dunlop, hfa helped introduce its Rover H/T™ tire with launch kits for the field sales force and tire dealers, in addition to customized sales training modules for store associates. The launch kits included tire materials and point-of-sale elements, such as a poster, tire center and launch video. Video and photos were shot in urban venues in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio. Dunlop is a brand of Goodyear, which is headquartered in Akron. This launch helped sales of the Rover H/T tire exceed forecasts.
