Micah Kasdan, Director of Electronic Discovery
Micah Kasdan has 9 years of industry expertise in litigation support and eDiscovery solutions.. He has built business development, customer service, project management and eDiscovery operations teams all in the pursuit of professional excellence and service integrity. Prior to joining iBridge Global Services, Micah had served as Vice President of ESI Business Development for TERIS.

Mr. Kasdan has become a regular speaker and educator of legal professionals via corporate and legal associations, educational institutions and industry conferences. He also maintains his certification as a Project Management Professional.

As Director of eDiscovery Services at iBridge Global Services, Mr. Kasdan will use his knowledge to strengthen and broaden the company’s ability to provide full data management services to the litigation community. In a rapidly maturing industry, Micah and iBridge Global Services seeks to create business-appropriate eDiscovery solutions that address the growing complexities of the industry with predictable models and cost structures which professionals can easily understand, adopt and deploy.

Mr. Kasdan graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Urs commented, “With the addition of Micah, we are now able to offer our clients the full range of ESI / eDiscovery services. Micah and his team are now able to fill a gap we had determined was critical in our ability to fully serve our clients needs.”

Ryan Gregg, Business Development and Litigation Support Services
Mr. Gregg joins iBridge with more than 15 years of experience in Business Development in the technology industry, where he has spent the last 8 years serving the Litigation Support Technology and Services industry. Ryan has worked with National and Global Law Firms, Corporate General Counsel, Government Agencies and Litigation Support Companies consulting on Litigation technology platforms and service solutions.

Prior to iBridge, Ryan worked for various companies including MCI as a National Account Manager, where he specialized in deposition and collaboration technology; IPRO Tech as Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for sales in more than 20 States, where he worked with Law Firms, GC and Government Entities on internal solutions for handling EDD, Legal Coding and Managed Review; and Tricom Document Management, an Indian corporation with US offices, as Business Development Manager for North America and the UK.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Arizona State University, speaks Spanish, and has lived abroad conducting social research on Law Enforcement and the Justice System in Mexico. Ryan is currently a Master’s of Business Administration candidate at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Mike Leonard, Business Development Manager
Mr. Leonard is the Business Development Manager at iBridge, LLC. He brings proven experience and measurable value in driving new business and market expansion to the executive management team. Mr. Leonard oversees all aspects of the company’s business development process in healthcare with responsibilities including the development and execution of innovative growth strategies.

Previously, Leonard served as Business Development Director at a private equity firm in their patient finance healthcare division. His prior experience also includes business development management positions with information technology and services companies.

Leonard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA. Outside his successful professional career, he has volunteered many hours of his time in his community, and enjoys many outdoor activities in the great Northwest.

“Adding seasoned sales professionals to the team will allow us to expand our customer base and to better serve our existing customers. Having worked with Mike Leonard in the past, I know he can get doors opened in companies critical to our success. Ryan has worked in the litigation support industry and brings with him many very important customers. His customer list coupled with his industry knowledge ensures we can meet our revenue targets, ” Mr. Urs commented.
