Dunn&Co. has once again been selected by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a finalist in the 2011 Best Places to Work Awards. For the fourth straight year, the Tampa-based agency is recognized in the “nearly big” category comprised of companies with 10 to 25 employees.

To determine the 2011 Best Places to Work finalists, all employees of nominated companies were given an opportunity to complete an online survey developed by Quantum Market Research. According to Tampa Bay Business Journal, Best Places to Work winners were selected based on employee measurement of 40 attributes known to drive employee engagement.
