Vera Networks, a US-based system integrator and solution provider of telecom services, announced its partnership with AlarisLabs, developer of the award-winning InVoice system, to broadly expand its business and sales growth to North American carriers. The companies will officially announce their partnership at International Telecoms Week 2011 held May 23-25, 2011 in Washington D.C.

Based in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, AlarisLabs develops business automation tools geared toward telecommunications carriers. The InVoice system is a tool featuring all automated billing and intelligent call routing with unlimited throughput. The product brings the management of the telecommunications network into one central place. With legacy carriers having VOIP and TDM switches purchased at different times, it is sometimes difficult for carriers to handle all functions for their various platforms simultaneously. InVoice brings both billing and routing of the switches into a single interface, which greatly simplifies the process of network management.

The companies have struck a deal whereby Vera Networks will sell the InVoice system under its own name and have exclusive distribution rights in North America.
