Customers Respond to Quality and Service with Glowing Reviews

MarkMaster, Inc., a premier, vertically-integrated manufacturer of identity products, announced today that its Q1 2011 customer feedback survey has produced high marks for product and customer service satisfaction.

Within the first three months of its customer survey implementation, MarkMaster, Inc. received high levels of customer participation and positive feedback using a well known provider of web-based survey solutions. Over 99% of the customers surveyed rated the quality of MarkMaster’s products and service as “above average” with 65% of these results rated as “excellent”. Some of the quotes given by the participants included; “Your service performance has always been excellent. I have always received everything I have ordered promptly,” and “I have never had an issue with products or ordering from MarkMaster. They have always been better than expected in all aspects”.

“Our goal was to understand the customer experience and gather insight into our customer’s thinking. We are interested in leveraging this type of feedback to better reach our business objectives, which include customer retention, customer loyalty and the promotion of new products and services,” stated Kevin Govin, CEO of MarkMaster, Inc. Even with the overwhelmingly positive feedback, MarkMaster continues to look for ways to improve upon their service and product selection and is proactively looking into suggestions given by some of the participants.
