Our company philosophy is based on the concept that we don’t just entertain new ideas, we put them to work. It has been core belief that has help lead to our 90 years of service in the auto insurance industry.

FCIC’s Spanish Hotline went live earlier this month and now offers dedicated Customer Service Agents to assist customers with claims, billing inquiries and other questions regarding their auto insurance policy.

John Gettemans, President, FCIC explained, “Over its 90 year history, FCIC has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Our company philosophy is based on the concept that we don’t just entertain new ideas, we put them to work. As our Hispanic customer base continues to grow, it became apparent that FCIC needed to put in place the proper communication channels that will ensure we are providing them with a high standard of customer service.”

When a customer calls 1-888-262-8864 with a question or claim, they will automatically be prompted to continue their call in English or Spanish. If the caller selects Spanish, they will be connected to a dedicated Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent. The Spanish Hotline is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Celebrating its 90th anniversary, FCIC is licensed in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The company’s products lines included preferred and standard personal auto insurance, commercial auto insurance and artisan general liability insurance which are marketed through a network of independent insurance agents. FCIC is a proud partner of the Fisher House Foundation. A Fisher House is a "home away from home" for families of patients receiving medical care at major military and VA medical centers across America.
