FCIC’s Spanish Hotline went live earlier this month and now offers dedicated Customer Service Agents to assist customers with claims, billing inquiries and other questions regarding their auto insurance policy.

When a customer calls 1-888-262-8864 with a question or claim, they will automatically be prompted to continue their call in English or Spanish. If the caller selects Spanish, they will be connected to a dedicated Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent. The Spanish Hotline is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
