Konigsberg to Help Accelerrate Tristar's Growth, U.S. and Worldwide

Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services -- whose professional, courteous drivers and track record of dependable performance make it the chauffeur drive service of choice in more than 80 countries worldwide --, appointed Lauren Konigsberg Business Development Manager out of its office in New York City.

Konigsberg brings more than a decade of sales management experience to Tristar, and is expected to further accelerate Tristar’s growth in metro New York, throughout the United States and worldwide. Tristar maintains an owned fleet of vehicles in New York City, in addition to its fleets in Boston, Hong Kong, company headquarters in London, and Manchester, UK. Konigsberg reports to Tim Reilly, Tristar’s Vice President of Sales for North America.

In 2010, Tristar provided businesses and consumers with more than 400,000 rides in more than 80 countries, and boasted an on time record that exceeded 99%. The company services a diverse international clientele, and has specially dedicated roadshow desks, as well as teams of professionals who specialize in the meetings and events markets, in each of its Hub markets.

Kongisberg’s previous position was as Regional Director of Sales at Westwood One, an international media organization, where she developed sales opportunities, identified and developed affiliate partnerships and created value added sponsorship and promotional opportunities. Konigsberg also served as an Affiliate Sales Manager at Dial Global, another media company based in New York, and has additional sales experience in the media and cosmetics industries. Konigsberg received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville. She resides in New York City.

Tristar’s international expansion has been rapid, and as part of its sales and service infrastructure, the company recently added sales and service professionals who are fluent in multiple languages, including Mandarin – to make booking rides, tracking, and follow up, simple and seamless. The company employs more than 750 professionals out of its offices outside London, and offices in Boston, New York and Hong Kong.
