Genesis Networks Announces the Formation of WaveCreste

New subsidiary offers software development, testing and support to the telecommunications industry

Genesis Networks, a leading provider of network, IT and supply chain solutions to the communications industry, is pleased to announce the formation of a new subsidiary, WaveCreste.

Headquartered near Boston, Massachusetts, WaveCreste will offer IT solutions to telecommunications, high tech, and government organizations. WaveCreste inherits all of Genesis Networks current IT services business including software design and development, testing, project management and system support. WaveCreste will also offer low-cost, on-shore services delivered through Genesis’ rural-sourced software development center in Abilene, Texas.

Genesis’ former Chief Operating Officer Chris Burton has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the newly-formed WaveCreste. Mr. Burton has previously held senior executive positions with IT solutions leaders Accenture and Amdocs.
