Denbury Resources Inc. has selected AspireHR as its partner in an SAP HCM implementation.
AspireHR, the recognized expert in SAP Human Capital Management, has been selected as the implementation partner for Denbury Resources Inc., a growing independent oil and gas company.
Included in Phase 1 of the HCM implementation is Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Compensation, Benefits, Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS). The ultimate goal of Phase 1 is migration of OM, PA, Compensation and Benefits from ADP, Excel, and paper forms to SAP with a Go-Live deadline of October 2011. Later phases may include an interface to Active Directory, EIC, Time Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Career and Succession Planning, and E-Recruiting.
Completion of this project will allow Denbury to empower employees to manage their own data while at the same time improving many business processes.
