About the Webinar
Expansion into China via the Internet is a strategic priority for many organizations. With 457 million Internet users, China represents an unprecedented sales and marketing opportunity for businesses seeking to grow revenue in the face of stagnant economic conditions in the Western hemisphere. Additionally, a growing number of product companies strive to more efficiently collaborate with China-based employees, manufacturing facilities and supply chain partners. However, many find that unforeseen governmental and technological obstacles hinder their efforts to quickly penetrate and operate efficiently within China.

The presentation will surface key factors that Western businesses should consider when developing a China strategy, including the following:

  •     China’s market potential
  •     Operation challenges arising from China’s Internet infrastructure
  •     Best practices for overcoming operational challenges
  •     China’s regulatory environment
  •     Strategies and tactics used by successful market entrants
