Today, the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association is proud to announce that the United States armed forces and intelligence community have successfully eradicated America’s most vile threat, Osama Bin Laden. FLEOA applauds the noble sustained efforts of the Department of Defense, the Central Intelligence Agency and the entire federal law enforcement community.

"It is only appropriate that the annihilation of OBL coincides with the 10th year of remembrance of September 11th, 2001. Almost ten years ago, this maniacal madman orchestrated a cowardly heinous attack on our homeland and our citizenry. While America sustained unconscionable losses, the memory of our heroes remains immortal," states FLEOA President Jon Adler.

In response to this triumphant news, FLEOA President Jon Adler stated, “I would say, ‘May God have mercy on his hideous soul,’ but I don’t think he had one. To those brave Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to their loved ones, may God bless you all. As we draw near September 11th and mourn the loss of our loved ones, let this victory remind all that the indomitable American will stands strong and eternal.”

FLEOA hopes that Congress will seize upon the importance of this outcome, and support the long term reinstatement of the provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act. The dedicated men and women in the federal law enforcement community remain vigilant and determined to combat and pursue any threats to our homeland. We live so that justice may be served.
