Third annual event hosted by Alchemy to take place in Austin, Texas.

Attending the SISTEM User Group is a must for any individual engaged in delivering training with SISTEM.

Alchemy, the leader in innovative training solutions for the global workforce, announced today that registration for the 3rd Annual SISTEM User Group Conference is now open. The conference will take place on August 15-16, 2011 at the Omni Hotel in downtown Austin, Texas.

As it has for the past two years, the conference will bring together food manufacturers and processors from across the world that use the SISTEM platform to manage the deployment and documentation of their food and workplace safety training. After attending the 2010 User Group Conference, Stephen Hand, Training and Development Manager at Mountaire Farms recalled, “Attending the SISTEM User Group is a must for any individual engaged in delivering training with SISTEM. Capturing best practices from other organizations, engaging members of the Alchemy team and learning to optimize training within your organization will certainly result in an enormous return on your investment to attend.”

Throughout the User Group Conference, attendees will have the opportunity to attend a variety of sessions that cover the important fundamentals of training and how they are impacted by industry demands. For example, there will be a session titled, “The Global Food Safety Initiative: Meeting the Standards of Today and Tomorrow,” which will give attendees the opportunity to hear from BRC and SQF experts on updates for the revised GFSI schemes in relation to training. Fellow SISTEM users will also provide first-hand accounts of how they leveraged SISTEM to eliminate training non-compliances and pitfalls during their certification audits. In addition, a panel discussion on “Settling the Score: Simplified Measurement of your Training ROI” will systematically explore the components of a defensible training ROI analysis. As a result, attendees will be able to calculate their company’s training ROI based on recent industry analysis.

Experienced SISTEM users and members of the Alchemy staff will facilitate interactive product training sessions that cover developing company specific content, utilizing learning plans and implementing reports. One session will feature Stephen Hand’s discussion on Mountaire Farm’s significant improvement in the consistency of training delivery, as well as cost savings resulting from the increased efficiency and effectiveness of using SISTEM.

Round table discussions will also be held for customers to provide feedback for future product enhancements. For more information about the event, please contact Alchemy at http://www.alchemysystems.com/contact/.
