Help desk software provider iSupport will be leveraging .NET Framework 4 connection software in its upcoming Version 10.5 release, which will include significant new features.

iSupport 10.5 will not only bring support for .NET 4, it will bring a host of new features that will focus on scalability and functionality.

Help desk software provider iSupport will be leveraging the .NET Framework 4 in an upcoming major release, which will include significant new features such as a powerful rules engine and interface enhancements.

“As we approach our 20th year of providing IT help desk and customer service solutions, we continue to look toward the future of our company and our customers. Just as Microsoft continues to invest in its .NET Framework, we continue to leverage the new functionality version 4.0 brings to the market. iSupport 10.5 will not only bring support for .NET Framework 4, it will bring a host of new features that will focus on scalability and functionality,” commented Daren Nelson, Founder and CEO of iSupport Software.

“Even though we don't normally comment on product before it is ready for market, we wanted to signal to our customers the significant changes that will be introduced in iSupport 10.5. In addition to requiring the .NET Framework 4, we will be introducing a newly-developed rules engine that will give customers the unprecedented opportunity to control workflow, manage service level agreements, and generally provide much better service to their customers. We will be adding a significant new feature to our Asset Management functionality, and advancing our user interface to bring a more familiar look and feel to our application for both administrators and users. Part of our goal, starting with 10.5, will be to mimic functionality found in the world’s most popular social web applications. This will make users feel more comfortable using our application and reduce training time when deploying our solutions. We plan to fully support Apple's successful iPad® mobile computing platform in the 10.5 release.”

iSupport 10.5 is scheduled for a mid-summer release, and there will be no price increase when upgrading from previous versions of iSupport. For more information, go to http://www.iSupport.com or call iSupport Software at 1-888-494-7638.
