There are only 3 weeks left for individuals, organizations and agencies to enter their websites in the 2011 NMI Website Awards Competition and get the recognition they deserve. Size and budget are not a consideration in judging -- focus is on websites which dynamically relate to their audience's needs.

The New Media Institute (NMI), today announced that there are only 3 weeks left to enter the New Media Awards’ 2011 Website Awards Competition.

The website awards competition seeks entries that are more than just well designed. Websites will be judged based on innovation, design, user-friendliness, how dynmaic they are, and most importantly -- how well they relate to their audience's needs. Budget and size are not a consideration in judging.    

Benefits of winning a 2011 New Media Award include:

  •     Validation of Excellence - You will know that your website is recognized as an outstanding use of new media communications. Your employer, clients, competition and the general public will know what you have accomplished and you will receive the credit that is so well deserved.
  •     Media Exposure - The New Media Institute releases the winners of the Website Awards to the media. Website Awards winners will also receive a press release tailored to their entry that can be added to their site and released to the media.
  •     NMA Web Seal and Link - All winners will receive image seals that can be placed on their website. The seal will link directly to an entire page dedicated to their project on http://www.newmediaawards.org, including description of their project, URL and screen capture of the site.

Registration closes on June 1, 2011.
