LIVECITIZEN.COM is Now Accepting Submissions for its $2500 Scholarship Contest

LiveCitizen’s scholarship mission is to create a platform where students can voice their opinions on crucial world topics and utilize social media "must know" tools to help fund their education.

LiveCitizen.com is now accepting submissions for its $2,500 scholarship contest. Submissions will be accepted May 3, 2011- June 7, 2011.

The Scholarship is open to US students 16- years of age and older. The scholarship asks students to submit a video and essay answer to the question “Who was the best president ever and why?”

The video submissions will then be voted on by LiveCitizen users. Voting will be begin May 3, 2011 and end June 23, 2011. The top 5 most voted videos will be sent to the LiveCitizen staff to choose the winners. The winning student will be awarded a $2500 scholarship and the second and third runners up will receive an Amazon Kindle.
