In summary:

  • Overall, 77% are very or somewhat satisfied with the Support service received

  • Importantly, a full 76% would recommend the Med Access Support Team to a colleague

“The feedback that we have received on our Support services is very encouraging” commented Paul Walker, President and CEO of Med Access. “We have industry-leading EMR software, and the Support services we provide are clearly strengthening our comparative solution offering by meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients and helping them to achieve both their patient care and business objectives.”

Med Access is dedicated to continued improvement and has added Support staff to keep pace with growth and is investing heavily in their training.
