Med Access announces that a survey of existing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) clients has revealed a high degree of satisfaction with the Support services provided. The survey was conducted in March of this year, and a response was received from a representative sample of the client base.
- Overall, 77% are very or somewhat satisfied with the Support service received
- 89% report that the Support Team is extremely or somewhat knowledgeable of the EMR
- 81% report that the response time by the Support team is extremely or somewhat satisfactory
- Importantly, a full 76% would recommend the Med Access Support Team to a colleague
