In celebration and honor of Mother’s Day, Life Line Screening, the nation’s leading provider of preventive health screening services, offers a special chance to win $1,000 in Spa Gift Certificates.

Life Line Screening’s “May Spa Gift Card Giveaway” promotion launched in time for Mother’s Day. The promotion invites people to do something special “For Someone Special in Your Life” by scheduling two screening appointments online at the same time any time throughout the month up to May 31, 2011. In doing so, these participants will get $10 off of each of those scheduled screenings and also be entered into a drawing for free screenings and two $500 gift cards to SpaFinder.

Life Line Screening has offered similar successful promotions in the past with the purpose of making preventive screenings a more fun and less anxious experience by bringing along someone special.

For the May Spa Gift Card Giveaway, five pairs of entrants will win the free screenings (10 screenings total). The free screenings are part of the vascular screening package (valued at $139) that includes: (1) carotid artery screening, (2) peripheral arterial disease screening (P.A.D.), (3) atrial fibrillation, and (4) abdominal aortic aneurysm. The two spa gift certificates are reserved for the grand prize winner.

The scheduled screening appointments do not have to take place in May but can be scheduled for any time up to June 30, 2011. However, no purchase is necessary. In order to qualify, you can visit Life Line Screening’s Contact us page and submit your contact information between now and May 31, 2011. Simply by placing “Spa Giveaway” in the comments field will enter you in the drawing. Winners will be chosen on or about July 7, 2011.
