On Friday, May 13th the Florida Tax Section is presenting a live presentation entitled Annual Wealth Protection 2011: Crisis Management Using Asset Protection Techniques. Attendees will receive continuing education credits and can attend in person or by video conference.

Several nationally known speakers will be giving new and unique presentations which focus on wealth preservation planning, responding to the new estate tax laws, domestic and foreign investment systems, post-marital agreements, the impact of fraudulent conveyances, and how to properly advise clients who face various wealth challenges.

Speakers include Professor J. Richard Duke, Alexander Bove, Jr., Denis Kleinfeld, Alan S. Gassman, Arthur C. Neiwirth, Jonathan Alper, and Carl Linder.
