Personal Chefs Receive Live, One-on-One Interaction with Culinary Business Academy Instructors

Culinary Business Academy (CBA), the only educational institution dedicated exclusively to the science of successful business in culinary endeavors, today announced that it is now offering a CBA Mentor Program for personal chefs. This program offers personal chefs live, one-on-one interaction with Culinary Business Academy instructors.

The new mentoring program is designed to assist personal chefs at any stage of their business, from those who are just starting their business to those who want to take their business to the next level. Each CBA mentor is a certified personal chef® (CPC®) and a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy who has experienced success in their own personal chef business.

Through the program, CBA instructors share their real-world knowledge and experience through informative, interactive, one-on-one mentoring sessions via telephone. The conversations and information shared are tailored to the participant's specific needs, with additional focus or guidance on techniques, marketing ideas and time management structure to help a chef's business. The Culinary Business Academy Mentor Program consists of four one-hour sessions via telephone. Additional sessions may be purchased in two-hour blocks. The program is open to CBA training program graduates and non-graduates, with a significant discount provided to those who have previously completed a Culinary Business Academy personal chef training program.

"We created the Mentor Program to help personal chefs grow or re-energize their businesses," said Chef Gail Kenagy, CEO of Culinary Business Academy. "Being able to tap into the knowledge of a seasoned, successful personal chef is priceless, and I wish I had had this opportunity when I was starting my own business years ago. It's a great opportunity for chefs to discuss ideas and get sound guidance from experienced professionals who know and understand the business.”
