Each year, local cabbage and potato farmers from surrounding communities pick and take part of their harvest to Hastings, Fla., for the annual Hastings Potato and Cabbage Festival. The festival, held at Hastings Recreational Field, is filled with kid’s activities, a farmer’s market, and has art and history exhibits.
