Vitality for Gamers Has Released Its New Vitality Challenges

Three new Vitality Challenges created to improve energy levels, health, posture, and core strength.

Computer game players and vitality are words not usually seen together. The mission of Vitality for Gamers is to break the stereotype of computer game players worldwide. To achieve this, the new Vitality Challenges have been released. Gamers can now participate in these challenges to create vitality in their life and improve energy levels, health, posture, and core strength.

Participants of the program are given options similar to those seen in computer games; Casual, Active and Hardcore.

Casual Challenge

  •     Breakfast: Fruit Only
  •     Snacks: Fruit and Nuts
  •     Fitness: Fat Burning Jog for 30 minutes (3 days a week)
  •     Drink: Water and Fresh Juice (Reduce Softdrinks, Coffee and Alcohol consumption)
  •     Lunch and Dinner: Less Meat, More Vegetables

Active Challenge

  •     Breakfast: Fruit Only
  •     Snacks: Fruit and Nuts
  •     Lunch/Dinner: Salad and/or Vegetables to make up 2/3 of meal.
  •     Fitness: Fat Burning Jog for 40 minutes (3 days a week)
  •     Drink: Water and Fresh Juice (No Softdrinks, Reduce Coffee and Alcohol consumption)
  •     Posture: Yoga or Pilates (at least once a week)

Hardcore Challenge

  •     Breakfast: Fruit Only
  •     Snacks - Morning: Fruit
  •     Snacks - Afternoon: Fruit and Nuts
  •     Lunch/Dinner: Salad and/or Vegetables to make up 2/3 of meal.
  •     Drink: Water and Fresh Juice (No Softdrinks, No Coffee and Reduce Alcohol consumption)
  •     Fitness: Fat Burning Jog for 40 minutes (at least 4 days a week)
  •     Posture: Yoga or Pilate (at least twice a week)
