Following a stay at the ocean front resort, Gallup surveys guests about their stay. Ritz-Carlton guests from around the globe are asked to rank their overall satisfaction, as well as their Club experience, on a scale of 1 to 5. The number one Club ranking was a result of the 2010 survey results.

Penni Garcia began her career at the resort August 4, 1984, just before it opened on August 27. She started as a hotel operator, assisting the opening team with incoming calls. In 1985, she was promoted to The Club and has been the supervisor since 1986. Over the years, she has served as a Quality Leader, mentoring her team to provide the ultimate guest experience and providing her team the opportunity to continuously improve the level of service to the guests.
Mary Wiesen started her hospitality career with the resort July 1997 after working many years as a dental assistant. Guest continuously write letters commending Mary for her amazing service. She gives her heart and soul to her job everyday, consistently providing a quality experience for the guests. Mary truly makes guests feel like they are in their own home.
Kathryn Fleming joined the resort in June 2009 as a Concierge after spending many years as a pharmaceutical sales representative. In September 2010, she was promoted to Club Concierge. Kathryn enjoys being on Club and providing guests with more one-on-one, personalized concierge services.
