Scentsa, an award-winning software and multimedia company, announces the addition of Caroline Refalo as Director of International Sales and Marketing for its Beauty Retail Products division.

May, 2011-Scentsa, an award-winning software and multimedia company, announces the addition of Caroline Refalo as Director of International Sales and Marketing for its Beauty Retail Products division. Caroline comes to Scentsa with more than 15 years of business-to-business and retail sales experience in the cosmetics industry in France and in the US. Her responsibilities include developing and building business relationships with Cosmetics Retailers and Brands for the company’s touch-screen beauty software, the ScentsaBeauty hand held Client Card, and other innovative retail marketing technologies.

Caroline was born and raised in France where she completed her Master’s Degree in Finance from a French Graduate Business School. Caroline began her career in Sales as an Account Executive for Kenzo Parfums (LVMH Group) in France in 2000. She then joined the US subsidiary in 2002. More recently she worked as an Account Manager for LVMH Fragrance Brands, where she was in charge of developing sell-in and sell-through with multiple national accounts.
