Randy Brown’s insightful book to be featured at the 2011 BookExpo America

Today’s America is sitting on unbridled liberalism. A return to conservatism can bring sanity back to America. In this book by author Randy Brown, A Conservative Writes About Damn Near Everything, people will know more; the more people know, the more they understand; the more they understand, the better their lives will be. This book will be featured at the 2011 BookExpo America in New York City, NY on May 26-28, 2011.

There are two major ideologies at play in America today; and they are diametrically opposed. Conservatism is personal liberty, personal responsibility, and small government controlled by the governed. Liberalism is expansive and groupthink, lacking of personal responsibility, and expanding government acting as caregiver. In this stimulating work, the author contrasts the two ideologies, using logic and sound thinking, to examine the major issues of modern America.

He invites readers, especially the concerned citizens, to join him as he figures out the best way to return this country to its rightful place as preeminent among nations. “We gave those with a different view an opportunity to show us their brighter tomorrow. What we got was potted meat for filet mignon. The experiment failed. Let’s scrap it and get back to what works so we can get back to work. Let those who think “profit” is a four-letter word get rid of theirs; we’ll keep ours and expand it. That’s what Conservatism does. Viva la difference,” urges the author.

About the Author
Randy Brown was born in 1946. Physically, he’s unimposing, built on a small frame. His eyes are hazel; his hair is brown, what isn’t gray. He comes by his conservatism honestly; he was born into it. In his early adult years, he explored other alternatives. Nothing stuck. He has learned there are two rules to life: one, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it; two, learn to recognize “ain’t broke.” He has learned to separate truth from error. Truth lines up with the Bible. The older he gets, the smarter Adam Smith and the founding fathers get.
