These include decisions about nutrition, safety, hand washing and general hygiene, sun-safety and physical activity. With the help of the Healthy Habit Heroes™ the programs fun interactive classroom and family lessons expose children to these important health areas and help them learn to make positive choices and develop healthy eating habits from a young age.

Preventing obesity is much easier than treating it.
