Customers are interested in being able to compare their employee schedule data to actual hours worked so they can account for any deviation.
Madison, WI (PRWEB) May 11, 2011
The integration between ScheduleSoft workforce scheduling software and Synel data collection systems will allow customers to collect and track time entry data directly in ScheduleSoft and pass it to a human resources or payroll system. ScheduleSoft will resell the full suite of Synel data collection devices to its customers providing an integrated, rapidly deployable option for attendance management. ScheduleSoft will act as the single point of contact for support of the integrated solution.
“Customers are interested in being able to compare their employee schedule data to actual hours worked so they can account for any deviation,” said Gregory Flessas, ScheduleSoft CEO. “Our goal with the Synel integration was to provide an easy way for customers to collect, track, and compare actual hours to scheduled hours. For some customers, the integration with Synel data collection terminals and our ability to pass the actual data hours worked to a payroll system like SAP or Oracle will eliminate the need for a separate time and attendance management system.”
Flessas added, “We have many customers with heterogeneous payroll, HR, or ERP environments. With this offering, we can provide a highly focused and standardized solution for accurately reporting actual work activity in these diverse environments, providing added flexibility today and investment protection into the future.”
“ScheduleSoft’s reputation in the workforce scheduling arena is as a company that can handle their customer’s most complex requirements. The addition of time data capture is a natural extension of their capabilities and fills a hole for many companies that have made large investments in ERP systems, but were still lacking accurate and comprehensive labor reporting,” said Lyle A. Booth, Synel VP - Americas. “We know this relationship will benefit existing and future customers and look forward to helping ScheduleSoft serve their expanding presence in domestic and international markets.”
