GigeNET, the Illinois-based Cloud provider has announced the opening of its new Los Angeles, California location. The new location features state of the art cooling, redundant power, global connectivity, and a multitude of bandwidth providers.
“The newest version of the GigeNETCloud control panel is a complete rebuild that has fixed all of our issues by design and intuitive thinking,” states Ameen Pishdadi, GigeNET CTO. “Lighter, leaner, well thought out, all of these attribute to our new interface that is designed with the user in mind. Our goal is to provide a more involved feature rich user experience, and this is just the portal to get us there.”
GigeNET has chosen TelX for their new venture and in doing so secured their ranks among the elite providers in the Los Angeles area. Security, density, flexibility are all requirements for what GigeNET has been looking to achieve with their Cloud Servers product and have continued to hold the bar high with Los Angeles.
Asian connectivity is one of GigeNET's number one goals in Los Angeles and they have achieved setting up a low-latency and high-capacity connection with Asia and the rest of the western hemisphere. Connectivity from nLayer, HighWinds, Level3, GBLX, Cogent are all available to each instance brought on-line in Los Angeles. Cloud instances will be available in both Chicago and Los Angeles, with private connectivity coming right around the corner.
