Book in honor of a beloved pet to grace this year’s Book Expo America

Every time she attempted to write her special memories with Bam Bam, tears would always come and so she would just give up writing them. Finally, with much strength and inspiration from God, author Rubye Armorer composes herself to share the many precious and wonderful memories they had together. And in her recently released book, she tells Bam Bam’s Story: A Celebrated Life.

As she writes this story, the author brings forth the extraordinary moments—good, bad, or sad—they had when Bam Bam was still alive. Their journey of a special companionship was filled with much fun and laughter, and sometimes great sadness but spiritually uplifting. Bam Bam was a truly loved pet and companion; and their bond was a very special one—a friendship that is beyond man’s comprehension of an animal’s compassion, devotion, and love for humans.

In sharing this spiritual journey, the author hopes that she can inspire animal lovers and prospective animal adoptees. She wishes that after reading this book, everyone will discover and feel a deep love, devotion, dedication for God’s animals, and the spirituality of knowing that God has a purpose for everything He created. May readers truly see the beauty in animals, for they bring immeasurable joy and companionship in people’s lives especially in times of adversity, sickness, heartbreaks, and tragedy.

“… he was God’s guardian angel, my shining knight of valor, my ace of heart, an extraordinary animal. As you read this book, you will see why I describe my beloved pet in this manner. This is a true testament of a celebrated life,” says the author.

This book will be featured at the Book Expo America Book Exhibit in New York City, on May 23 to 26, 2011. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to
