Clients can get a raffle ticket when they send in a repair -- every $500 increment in the repair invoice entitles them to one (1) raffle ticket. Tech-Ops will award five (5) iPads, with a limit of two (2) iPads for one customer in case he or she gets lucky enough to win more than one.
