Weakley has more than 25 years of extensive operational and customer service delivery experience in SaaS and technology companies. During the past 15 years, he has held senior level positions with Fortune 500 companies like Compaq and Dell. As an executive with early stage growth companies including MessageOne, Motive and BroadJump, his teams were instrumental in driving overall company success. He has focused on defining, implementing and optimizing customer life cycle management throughout his career.
