Niki G's Fitness Boot Camp has Arrived in Spring Hill and West Nashville

Women in Spring Hill and West Nashville enjoy more personal fitness options closer to home at a fraction of the price of Personal Training.

Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert, Niki Gauthier, has opened two additional Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps for Woman at Harvey Park in Spring Hill and at Edwin Warner Park in West Nashville. Classes are currently offered at 5:15am M-T-Th-F, 8:15am M-T-Th- and 6pm Mon-Thurs. Plans are to offer Saturday morning soon. Participants of Niki G’s Fitness Boot Camp come to the one hour classes 2-4 days per week for a fat-blasting, body sculpting workout. Members also find improved energy levels and better overall health. Classes are modified and varied for beginners to the most experienced exercisers and are lead by a Certified Personal Trainers who have been trained directly by Gauthier.

Beth Butler who started the Spring Hill Camp in May says “I love the encouragement of the other women and the convenience of being close to home. I’ve appreciated Niki’s support as well.” Another Spring Hill Member Carol Rolfes says, “I like having a quality program with well trained instructors so close. I am in 2nd week and already can tell a difference in my running and strength....just signed up for my second month!”

Members who attend regularly, see results. Melissa Oliver decided to join Niki G’s Boot Camp at the Cool Springs studio after gaining 10 lbs. last year. “Since Jan. I have lost 10 lbs., 3 in. in my waist and 2 in. in my hips and have never had such nicely toned arms and legs in all my life! I am now able to run almost 3 miles which is a huge accomplishment for me. I am so proud of myself and the accomplishments I have made. I never would have done it on my own” Oliver says.

Gauthier who appeared as a Regular Guest and Fitness Expert on The Home Shopping Network for over two years, started her Middle Tennessee Boot Camp Company in April of 2009 with only 18 members at the River Park, Brentwood location. Today she and her trainers coach over 200 active members per month between studios in Lenox Village and Cool Springs and Outdoors at Edwin Warner Park, Harvey Park and River Park. Participants receive much more than just classes when they enroll. Online Fitness Tracking, Trainer Follow-up, Nutrition and Fitness Tips, Member Socials, Nutrition Boot Camp and more are provided at no extra charge. Gauthier herself even monitors class attendance and she and her team of trainers ensure members are getting to class and doing whatever necessary to get the most out their fitness program.

Gauthier says, “With all the information, diets, workouts and exercises out there, I wanted to simplify it all for women who don’t have time to research it all or waste time with fads. We provide an efficient and effective workout during each class and provide fitness and nutrition information and tips which are proven to help them streamline their efforts and see results” According to Gauthier, all that, along with support from fellow boot campers, personal attention and motivation to stay consistent, provides the complete package.

"Self-motivation is not an asset of mine." Says a new Cool Springs member after attending her first four weeks. "I began this with a friend who was in much better in shape than me. What I found was there are all levels & body types in the classes. Everyone seemed to cheer for each other regardless of level. Being encouraged by others who are also trying to better themselves is contagious!"
