Enhanced Inspirus Website Continues a Year of Recognition and Change

Inspirus unveils its new website at the WorldatWork Total Rewards 2011 Conference and Exhibition.

“The enhanced website brings our constant improvement and steady transformation to a new level,” said Inspirus President Michael Cobb. “The website is even easier to navigate and has a more modern look and feel than the inaugural version we released last spring.”

That release came in conjunction with the company’s rebranding to Inspirus from Diamond H, the name under which it had done business for more than a century.

Very recently, Delta Air Lines named Inspirus its 2010 Small Business of the Year. Delta’s supply chain management organization issues the award to recognize small-business vendors that have distinguished themselves by making significant contributions toward the advancement of supplier diversity and for superior achievements in business operations.

A supplier to Delta since 2002, Inspirus won the 2010 award based on criteria that included cost savings, quality and reliability, innovation, delivery of services, business relationship, outreach and community involvement and awards received.

Last October, Inspirus announced a completely enhanced version of its popular Universal Rewards Mall, bringing a variety of new features to clients on the Inspirus Workforce Recognition platform. The list, called the Annual Baker’s Dozen, is based on anonymous customer survey feedback data and on metrics around the breadth and depth of services offered by each employee recognition services provider. Quality of service is a key component to the customer survey and a critical area for making this prestigious list. Other categories assessed are the scope and scale of services offered.
