The Hot Media Deals sites are for Buying, Selling and everything else in between!
Lisle, IL (PRWEB) May 12, 2011
Sept. 11, 2001, wasn't the best day to launch a new on-line website featuring hot deals on cars, boats, hot rods and motorcycles to name a few, but entrepreneur Branden de Buhr, owner of Hot Media Deals, continues to find his business moving with the same kind of gusto he relied on during his military deployment in Desert Storm.
Hot Media Deals is designed to combat the cost of placing ads for boats, cars and motorcycles to name a few. Specifically speaking on land or at play we have sites for Cars, Hot Rods, Motorcycles, ATV's, RV's and Snowmobiles. On water we have boats, personal watercraft, sailboats and yachts. And at work we have trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and agriculture equipment. For None Of The Above (NOTA) we have a site for aircraft.
De Buhr's website system is designed to safeguard the seller's profits, taking out the unnecessary costs associated with on-line vehicle sales. This means that sellers get exactly what they want. These are full-featured ads. At absolutely no extra costs, advertisers can include an unlimited amount of photos and or videos with any parts or complete vehicle advertisements.
Free ads are available for everyone who becomes a member—there is no cost for membership or site registration. At Hot Media Deals, "we give our members all the best options, including a fee-based opportunity to improve the visibility of the ad," he said.
Hot Media Deals attracts a wide array of people from around the country. From elite vehicle enthusiasts, such as yacht owners to “motor heads.” Due to reinvigorated marketing efforts that de Buhr has created, traffic to the system has grown to 300,00 unique visitors from an average of 160,000 per month. In April 2011 alone the system had attracted over 3 million page views.
Hot Media Deals streamlines the buying and selling process by giving advertisers the best possible options available for online promotion of their vehicles and related items. De Buhr's website systems is not only a system of classified ads, it's designed to engage the heart and soul of the boater, car, hot rod and motorcycle enthusiasts. Simply put, Hot Media Deals is a social media outlet as well.
They welcome a Facebook-style exchange of ideas-chatting, updating, sharing photos, videos and more. Of course, the site is a family-friendly operation with safeguards built-in to protect against abusers. "We have a space for member-written articles, blogs, discussion forums for makes and models of recreation vehicles and more. We also provide a calendar for member-related events. It's a fun a place to shop and peruse for deals as well upcoming events in regions around the country," he said.
Each of the 15 different websites focuses on a specific type of vehicle. And each website is a community in and of itself. "Better yet," said de Buhr, "the sites are for buying, selling and everything that happens in between!" In the nutshell, said de Buhr, “I really want to encourage members to get involved and share their related interests with our other members.”
De Buhr has created a user-friendly way to move through the website systems. Every one of the HotMediaDeals.com websites begins with the word “hot” and ends with the word “deals.com.” The member merely selects the site based on the category of choice. For example, hotautodeals.com is the car site and hotboatdeals.com is for boaters. At the top right corner of each page of the site appears an “our sites” drop-down menu to jump from site-to-site of interest.
De Buhr likes to combine his passions—boating and supporting our troops. As a veteran, de Buhr created an event in 2008 that centered on the idea of enlisting boaters nationally in a plan to take veterans and their families out for a day of fun in the sun. What happened, he said, was that "we enlisted 98 boats in all of 2009. These boats gave nearly 300 soldiers and their families a day of fun-in-the-sun. It was simply a way to show them our appreciation for their sacrifice to guarantee our freedom."
The event was named Boaters of America Say Thank You (BOASTY), he said. Today BOASTY is recognized as a model for organizing "recreational thank you opportunities for veterans." It's a way to give back. "It's a concept that advocates on behalf of supporting the veterans in VA hospitals or centers who could use a little camaraderie. I want to share my passion for boating with them."
All in all, de Buhr is a hands-on kind of a guy who runs his business with the same kind of commitment, compassion and ethics that builds and exemplifies American know-how, initiative and drive. He lives and works in the same community. He supports bona fide economic development opportunities, maintains a working knowledge of news events, and readily shares his expertise for the benefit of others.
