Hackman Capital announced today that the Susan Spiritus Gallery has leased 1,000 square feet in Studio C, at its trend-setting park, WorkScapes at Newport Beach. Studio C is one of six buildings that comprise the premiere 84,831 square foot campus, which is catering to the area's creative community.
The Spiritus Gallery is relocating from its current Newport Beach location at 3929 Birch Street, and taking on the larger venue, to better showcase its range of more than 50 artists' works, including photographic luminaries Ansel Adams, Ruth Bernhard, Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Eikoh Hosoe, André Kertész, and George Tice. The gallery has been a leader in fine art photography for over 30 years.
WorkScapes at Newport Beach is located on Irvine Avenue, adjacent to the Newport Beach Golf Club, two miles west of the University of California Irvine, and provides the ideal setting for the arts. Featuring ultra-modern, loft like spaces, with open floor plans, exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, natural light and beautiful views, the park has drawn graphic and interior designers, architects, media and production companies and other creative and entrepreneurial businesses.
