Colligo Networks Inc., the leader in email and document management solutions for Microsoft SharePoint, today announced that Lisa Payne has joined the company in the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. Lisa will be responsible for operational leadership as Colligo scales its business and expands into new global markets.

Lisa has over 20 years of senior leadership experience at public and private companies, most recently as CFO and VP, Business Development at BC Innovation Council, where she also served as interim CEO. Previously, Lisa was the President of Aegis Mobility, a mobile application company, and President of TeraSpanNetworks Inc, a fiber optic network builder and manufacturer, where she developed international strategic partnerships and led the sales team. Prior to TeraSpan, Lisa was CFO at Wavemakers Inc, a voice-enhancement software company at which she obtained funding and closed financings until its eventual acquisition by Harman International in 2001.
