School Nurses Week Close with Look at The Future

Walgreens sponsors NASN Radio program on the road ahead for school nurses.

Today BAM Radio Network, the education station online, released the final episode of a five-part series of programs on school nurses and education. The segment, underwritten by the Walgreens, is titled “The Future of School Nursing.” In the segment, career school nurse leaders discuss a recent report on the future of nursing and health care. The guests provide expert analysis of the report and explain what it all means for the future of school nursing. The segment is hosted by NASN interim executive director, Sally Schoessler and is Nanocasted directly to school nurses on NASN Radio. The program can be heard at the National Association of School Nurses’ web site at http://www.nasn.org/ and is also delivered directly to members via email and available on iTunes.
