Bringing our companies under the same brand highlights the sense of partnership and connection within the Southern Family.

With the mantra “Go Southern,” the owners of Southern Management Group launched the new logos for their companies at their annual meeting last week. Emphasizing “Southern” as their shared name, each division will then be designated by what they do with common logo artwork, designed by LWT Communications advertising and marketing agency.
Not only has the actual logo design changed, but also have some of the companies’ names. Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals, their short term rental division will now go by Southern Vacation Rentals, dropping the word Resorts. The previously known as Southern Coastal Management is now Southern Residential Leasing. The other members of the Southern Family still go by their original names Southern Association Management and RE/MAX Southern Real Estate, but now have common logo, look and feel. “Bringing our companies under the same brand highlights the sense of partnership and connection within the Southern Family,” says Kevin Veach, one of the four owners.
While the logo has been transformed, the core values and brand promises of each individual company stay true to their origins. Devoted to be the most caring companies in their respective fields, Southern Management Group businesses strive to also be the best at what they do. Now, that focus is not the only common denominator. “By tying our companies together through branding, we hope that the people we do business with and the general public will have a better idea of all that we do and trust in the collaborative reputation we built,” communicates Mike Shoults, another of the owners.
Southern Management Group is owned and operated by two sets of brothers, Mike and Brad Shoults along with Kevin and Kerry Veach. In business together since 2002, these community leaders have grown their businesses along Northwest Florida to mange over 1,300 short and long term rentals and have 11 offices with 126 employees. The properties and associations represented by Southern can be found in these Florida Gulf Coast communities: Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Destin, Beaches of South Walton, Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach, WindMark Beach and Port St. Joe.
