Katie O'Regan gets her dream to come true on June 1 at the Pabst Theater. Her orignal musical “The Dream Café Musical!” will go up in lights for the Milwaukee crowd only three months after it opened at The Plymouth Arts Center in Plymouth Wisconsin this past Frebruary to a great success. Here are some quotes that came from the show: “This show is so entertaining, it moves quickly and it’s funny!" "It is a musical that makes you think and laugh." "The music is beautiful, the story is compelling. It is a story for a new decade and decades to come!” O’Regan has directed over 50 shows and is a trained singer and musical theater artists who has performed across the country. Katie currently is currently finishing her doctoral student at The University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in the Education Department with a minor in Music Education. She is also the Artistic Director of Sacred Noise Society Theater company.

O'Regan said, "I am putting on my actress hat in this production. I will be playing the role of "Celia", a woman who comes from New York to Rhymeington, WI and finds lots of surprises along the way. It will be a great time to play with the gang on stage. I love the cast. This is a show for dreamers. I started writing the musical in Milwaukee before I moved to New York. Now I live in Milwaukee again, and we are premiering the show at The Pabst. It's very exciting."

The cast members include: Katie O'Regan, Robb Ellicson, Renee Wachuta, Kari Fabian, DeAnn Knight, Naiza Delica, Tom Clegg, Kaite Thompson and "The New Glory Blound Singers" Kirby Wilks, Rev.
