This service provides a safe and secure way for online FDR customers to access their account for free. Clients can review the progress of their debt settlement plan even when they're away from their computer—on vacation, having dinner with friends, in the checkout line—anytime, anywhere, simply using their mobile device. FDR Mobile® offers an optimized view for all Internet enabled phones. An icon app is available for iPhones at this time; all other device users may bookmark the optimized site for easy login. Using a mobile device, one simply logs in at https://fdresolve.basecamphq.com/mobile/#/projects and can view the latest notes and progress of their settlement plan as well as communicate any important messages or new information.
