MOO’s Business Services offers customer support, dedicated company accounts and a variety of custom templates to help small companies easily create creative Business Cards and MiniCards they can be passionate about sharing.
Washington, DC (PRWEB) May 17, 2011
MOO, an online stationer that makes unique, highly customizable printed stationery for small businesses and individuals, today announced its new Business Services platform. The offering provides small to medium businesses greater flexibility and increased customer support as they develop Business Cards and MiniCards. Companies will also have dedicated company accounts where approved employees can make or re-order their own cards based on a set template.
Ideal for businesses with 10 or more employees, MOO’s Business Services platform helps companies quickly develop cost-efficient custom Business Cards and MiniCards with the perfect look and feel. Business Services includes creation of custom templates based on client supplied artwork, in addition to a variety of sleek, pre-designed templates for industries including real estate, health and wellness, finance, entertainment, photography and graphic design. Business Services customers also have access to hands-on customer support and dedicated company accounts, enabling employees to log in and create their own cards based on approved company templates.
“We chose MOO because they can print fifty different backs on fifty cards, which no one else can do for a reasonable price,” said Sarah Teubner, marketing designer, SAY Media. “But its MOO’s customer service that has truly been above and beyond what we expected. With Business Services MOO has streamlined our Business Card process so much that we barely have to do anything to order and receive them – we order new cards every week. With any other printer, executing our cards at the level and scale we require would be nearly impossible.”
In addition to Business Services, MOO has extended its design options for all users by now offering Rounded Corner Cards. As with traditional business cards, Rounded Corner Cards are printed on premium paper stock and have the option of Printfinity – a different image on every card.
“MOO has worked with thousands of customers over the past five years and have learned how to best meet their needs when it comes to printing and managing business cards,” said Lisa Rodwell, vice president of marketing and product at MOO. “MOO’s Business Services offers customer support, dedicated company accounts and a variety of custom templates to help small companies easily create creative Business Cards and MiniCards they can be passionate about sharing.”
With a strong background in product marketing and business management, MOO enlisted the expertise of Shelley Wilson to lead its Business Services program. Shelly most recently served as the director of product marketing and business management at Constant Contact, Inc., for the small business connection, and senior vice president of marketing at Textron Financial, a Fortune 500 company. Previous to her work at Textron Financial, Shelly served as the vice president of marketing for Oblix, Inc., a start-up backed by Kleiner Perkins.
