San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) May 18, 2011
Bestselling author Patricia V. Davis issues a fun and empowering challenge for all women to “dare to be a diva” in her latest book, "The Diva Doctrine: 16 Universal Principles Every Woman Needs to Know." The Diva Doctrine came out of a blog post Patricia wrote that went viral, reposted by thousands and translated into several languages.
Ms. Davis will appear at Books Inc. in the Castro on Wednesday, May 25, where she will be joined by San Francisco drag sensation Brit Zane. Jan Wahl, KRON 4’s entertainment and film critic will be hosting this event, which begins at 7:30 p.m. PT. Those attending will spend their Wednesday evening sipping complimentary champagne, nibbling on strawberries and chocolates, (diva food, of course) and listening to a fun and fabulous reading of The Diva Doctrine. And they'll take part in a Diva Costume Contest: "Dress like a Diva" to be eligible to win a basket of Diva goodies. Prior to the event, Patricia will also be a guest on KRON 4 NBC, Saturday, May 21, 2011 with Jan Wahl.
