Abuelo’s, one of the nation’s leading Mexican dining concepts, has introduced a new companywide lunch menu with more than 25 signature dishes starting at only $5.99. The new lunch menu strengthens Abuelo’s commitment to serve great-tasting, made-from-scratch Mexican food that is value priced so guests can enjoy it every day.
Abuelo’s new lunch menu is available every day from 11 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes a wide variety of combination plates and other items such as several choices of hand-rolled enchiladas, tostadas, salads and soups, as well as traditional Tex-Mex items and Abuelo’s specialties.
The lunch menu includes a new Española Shrimp Salad that includes fresh greens tossed with grape tomatoes, green and black olives, cucumber salsa, artichoke hearts, jicama, radishes and roasted almonds, sprinkled with Queso Fresco and topped with shrimp, and served with a dill vinaigrette dressing.

In addition to the new lunch menu, Abuelo’s restaurants feature an extensive menu that combines authentic Mexican favorites with the rich, subtle dishes found only in coastal and central Mexico. Hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
