The Olive Press expands into Farmer's Markets throughout Northern and Southern California with award-winning extra virgin olive oil.

The Olive Press, America’s most highly awarded producer of extra virgin olive oil is pleased to announce its expansion into Farmer’s Markets throughout Northern and Southern California. This venue is perfectly suited as it represents The Olive Press’ ongoing quest to produce only the finest and freshest California extra virgin olive oil.

The Olive Press, a multi-channel retailer and olive oil producer, is now present in 18 Farmer’s Markets featuring award-winning extra virgin olive oils, citrus olive oils and dipping oils along with their Bulk Olive Oil Refill Program, encouraging the philosophy of reuse, refill and recycle. “Everything about a Farmer’s Market lends itself to our brand - artisan produced, hand-crafted and the freshest available; that describes our olive oil perfectly. We are excited to be celebrating our first anniversary in Farmer’s Markets by expanding even further,” says Deborah Rogers, Co-Owner and Master Olive Oil Maker at The Olive Press.

Last year The Olive Press made its first appearance in a handful of markets in Southern California. “After seeing the response and the opportunity to reach new customers with the same shop-seasonal, shop-local enthusiasm, we added more markets and recently opened at Sonoma Plaza, Huntington Beach and Glen Ellen. We are looking at more locations and expanding even further as the demand for our product increases,” says Sue Marino, Operations Manager.

The Olive Press is dedicated to anything and everything having to do with olives and olive oil. Since 2001 The Olive Press has been awarded 283 medals for their extra virgin, artisan and citrus olive oils. The Olive Press was created in 1995 by Ed Stolman and Deborah Rogers, both California olive growers and producers who were inspired by the olive pressing facilities of Italy and Southern France.
