“iPatientCare helps patients, providers and other healthcare professionals closely collaborate through an integrated system to improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of all involved," remarked Udayan Mandavia, President and CEO of MCS/iPatientCare. “In implementing the current strategies for transforming healthcare delivery, including the PCMH model, healthcare provider organizations can benefit greatly from iPatientCare’s unique capabilities."
About NCQA PPC-PCMH
NCQA has developed a set of standards and a 3-tiered recognition process in the form of PPC-PCMH program to assess the extent to which health care organizations are functioning as a medical home. Obtaining recognition via the PPC-PCMH program requires completing an application and providing adequate documentation to show evidence that the specific processes and policies are in place. It offers the recognition at these three levels:
Level 1 – basic | Level 2 – intermediate | Level 3 – advanced
