Haverstraw Pediatrics, a four-physician pediatric practice located in Haverstraw, New York, recently achieved Level-3 recognition on the NCQA PCC-PCMH project using iPatientCare EHR. The practice scored 97 out of 100 points on the project – all the points for which they applied.
