The American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and HealthcareSource, the leader in talent management software solutions for the healthcare industry, today jointly announce the opening of the online Healthcare HR Initiatives Survey at yourhrinitiatives.com.

The Healthcare HR Initiatives Survey is hosted by HealthcareSource and co-sponsored by ASHHRA. This survey will solicit input from healthcare human resource professionals nationwide on how HR organizations in hospitals across the U.S. are prioritizing ways to reduce costs, while also improving patient satisfaction and patient safety.

Those who wish to participate should go online to http://www.yourhrinitiatives.com to complete a five-minute, five-question survey.

All qualified participants will receive a report summarizing its results, and will be able to attend an initiation-only Webinar in which the results will be co-presented by ASHHRA and HealthcareSource.

"This survey will capture and report on healthcare human resource initiatives that are planned or in-process at hospitals nationwide. With the market for healthcare talent in constant flux, there's strong demand for healthcare recruiters and HR managers to learn from the best practices of their peers. By jointly conducting this survey with our long-time partner ASHHRA, HealthcareSource is continuing our commitment to facilitate knowledge sharing among HR colleagues," said Peter Segall, CEO of HealthcareSource.

"Healthcare HR departments across the country face significant challenges. The ASHHRA/HealthcareSource survey will reveal how hospitals are meeting those challenges. We look forward to sharing our research findings with the healthcare HR field via a live webinar and a results report," stated Stephanie Drake, Executive Director for ASHHRA.
