Altec Products, Inc., announced that doc-link, its integrated document management suite of products for Microsoft Dynamics, is now Certified for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Achieving Certification for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) signifies that Altec has met Microsoft Corporation’s highest standard for partner-developed software. By successfully meeting all certification requirements, doc-link v2.7 can now carry the distinct “Certified for Microsoft Dynamics” logo.
For customers, Certified for Microsoft Dynamics helps identify Microsoft Dynamics solutions that have been tested for compatibility, meet high quality standards, and are successfully used by existing customers. This certification represents a significant step in elevating the standard for partner-developed software solutions for industry-specific business applications.
“Microsoft congratulates Altec on achieving the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics status for doc-link v2.7 by demonstrating its success and commitment in delivering a leading Microsoft Dynamics solution,” said Doug Kennedy, vice president, Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
The Certified for Microsoft Dynamics software test verifies Altec’s doc-link solution has demonstrated development quality and compatibility with the Microsoft Dynamics product on which it runs by passing rigorous VeriTest software solution testing for Microsoft Dynamics and is profiled in the Microsoft Partner Solution Profiler tool.
In addition, Altec has achieved both Enterprise Reporting and Independent Software Vendor Gold competencies. This demonstrates that Altec has the skills, expertise, and resources to develop, deploy, and support innovative solutions to match Altec’s customer’s needs.
“By requiring both the software solution and the partner to meet our highest standards, Microsoft is assuring customers that these certified solutions work with their investments in Microsoft Dynamics,” said Doug Kennedy.
For over a decade, Altec’s flagship product, doc-link, continues to provide seamless integration to popular mid-market ERP solutions, and allows paperless processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales order processing and other accounting and non-accounting enterprise applications.
“The combination of enhanced functionality of doc-link 2.7 and the CfMD certification presents an unsurpassed value proposition for Microsoft Dynamics partners and their customers,” states Mark Tague, CFO/CTO, Altec.
