The formation of a new Orlando real estate team, with one realtor having sold over 200 homes in the last two years, and a new website specializing in providing information about Orlando homes, condos, and commercial property for sale in the Orlando, Florida area was unveiled in Lake Mary, Florida.
Robert Sabrkhani, who specializes in bank owned listings and the short sale process at Realty Executives Seminole, has joined forces with fellow realtor Marion Krick who has a passion for luxury real estate and has experience in specialized buying and selling strategies. Their coming together also coincides with the creation of a new website focusing on Orlando real estate for sale.
It’s not your average website, as it comes with useful features that will help visitors to search for and locate all available properties within the local Multiple Listings Service (MLS) for Orlando, and all the surrounding areas throughout Central Florida.
Robert has been a broker and realtor in the Orlando area for over 23 years and represents many investors and banks such as Fannie Mae. He has sold over $100 million in real estate over that time, and has closed over 200 transactions in the last two years alone.
His new partner, Marion Krick is a successful realtor with specialties in luxury real estate, short sales, and marketing strategies. Having only spent two years in the local market, Marion’s knowledge and sales record is strong, have already sold million dollar homes in her new market. She left behind a career in St. Louis, also as a realtor, but she’s been "ecstatic" to be in the Orlando area. Marion said that in particular she was drawn to Lake Mary homes and that she has been, "Extremely happy living in Lake Mary, Florida and having the opportunity to be a part of such a diverse and emerging greater Orlando real estate market."
Their new website, has a leg up on its competitors in the area because they don’t provide the comprehensive and detailed neighborhood information that this site does. Robert comments that, "We really make an effort to be involved with social media integration. Our goal is to make interactions with our customers in a way that's as comfortable and familiar as possible."
Robert excitedly went on to say that, “This website highlights tons of great neighborhoods, as well as offering tools to search by school, property type, map search, and over 50 other powerful criteria. Most sites in the area aren’t nearly as granular in search features as our site is.”
Marion further commented that, “It brings to the table a great user experience with a personal touch from realtors that want to empower you. We're not just retelling the same old story or blindly predicting market trends. At the end of the day our job is to make the client's life easier while meeting their goals."
