Ignition Ltd., an expert in document and records management services, is supporting the Department of Planning in their recent move to the new Government Administration Building by scanning, indexing and storing over 30,000 documents.
The relocation of the Department of Planning, part of Cayman Islands Government, is part of a wider phased approach by the government to move many departments to the same location. To support this initiative, Ignition’s expert team is providing services on-site and off-site to ensure all Department of Planning documentation is managed appropriately. Ignition is using state-of-the-art scanning equipment and indexing expertise to oversee the project.
